On Tuesday, May 5, 2020, the Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District
will hold an election to elect three 3 year term Board Members.
Voter Eligibility
To be eligible to vote in the Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District May 2020 Election, you must be a person registered to vote in Colorado and a resident of the District or a person (not an LLC, Trust or Corporation) owning property (or spouse or civil union partner of a person owning property) within the boundaries of the District. C.R.S. 32-1-806
Voters may register to vote, or update records on-line at http://www.govotecolorado.com or by obtaining and returning a voter registration form to the Summit County Clerk and Recorder (http://www.co.summit.co.us/126/Elections). A voter may only be registered in one County. Multiple registrations are deleted by the Colorado Secretary of State.
It is the responsibility of each voter to update their voter registration. If you have moved or have a new mailing address, please update your records on-line at http://www.govotecolorado.com or by obtaining and returning a voter registration form to the Summit County Clerk and Recorder (http://www.co.summit.co.us/126/Elections).
